Use our services to get a quick start on training.

The Evolve learning management system is delivered as a hosted solution to ensure a quick and successful setup at the least cost.  Getting started is fast and easy since there isn't any hardware or software to install.  The system is installed in a secure data center with redundant electrical power sources backed up by batteries and diesel engines to ensure uninterrupted power and also has redundant access to the Internet. 

Branding

The learning system is branded with your organization's name, logo, color and message to emphasize your organizations commitment to training and development.  You'll have full administrative rights to the LMS.

 

Course Setup

If you license courses from us we'll set them up into your LMS portal so you can assign them to employees.  If you want we can optionally setup course catalogs and create all course offerings.

Organization Setup

We can setup your LMS portal to match your organizational structure allowing subordinate level reporting and management.

Administrator Training

We'll train your system administrators in a basic functionality training course via a web meeting.  This training session will ensure your training administrators have all the system knowledge they need to manage basic system functionality.

HRIS Integration

This optional service of integrating your human resource information system (HRIS) with the learning management system does much more than just pass learner profile information to the LMS.  It allows students to be automatically registered in training courses and catalogs based on job code, department or even location.  When promotions or transfers occur learners can be automatically enrolled in new courses and catalogs for the their new responsibilities.  Even inactivating learners based on terminated or leave of absences can be automated; relieving training administrators of many of the administrative burdens.
