Refund & Exchange Policy

Evolve e-Learning delivers digital compliance training courses sold with annual licenses. Our policy reflects the nature of online content and is designed to be straightforward and fair. If you have a situation not covered below, please contact us — we’d rather work it out than leave you without a solution.
Course Access & Annual Licenses
All courses are sold with a 12-month access license beginning on the date of purchase. If a course is not accessed or completed within that 12-month period, the license will expire and access will be lost. Renewal requires repurchase at the current course price.
If circumstances prevented you from accessing your course within the license period — such as a medical issue, extended leave, organizational change, or anything else — please contact us before repurchasing. We’ll review your situation and do our best to accommodate you.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- The course has not been started, or
- Less than 25% of the course has been completed, as verified in our system.
- The request is made within 30 days of purchase.
If all conditions are met, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
Exchanges
You may exchange a course for a different course of equal or lesser value if:
- The original course has not been started, or
- Less than 25% of the original course has been completed.
Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase. Contact us and we’ll verify your progress and get you into the right course.
Automatic Refund Cases
The following situations qualify for a refund without requiring completion verification:
- Duplicate purchase — If you accidentally purchased the same course twice, we’ll refund the duplicate immediately upon verification.
- Verified technical failure — If a documented technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing or completing a course, we’ll offer a full refund or a course reset, at your preference.
Non-Refundable
The following are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Courses where more than 25% of the content has been completed
- Courses for which a completion certificate has already been issued
- Courses purchased more than 30 days prior to the request
- Expired licenses (see Annual Licenses section above)
- Courses purchased through a third-party reseller or partner (contact your reseller directly)
Group & Multi-Seat Purchases
If your organization purchased multiple seats and one or more were never accessed, refund or credit eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us directly, and we’ll work with you.
Before You File a Chargeback

Free course previews are available for most of our catalog before purchase. We encourage you to preview any course you’re considering — it’s the best way to make sure it’s the right fit before you commit.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not override any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange

- Our team will verify your completion status and respond within 1–2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
